*Jade LaFleche is training in Reception and will be assisting clients from check in through check out, as well as helping in other areas throughout the clinic as needed. 

*Krystal Ellison is our veterinary assistant. She assists Dr. Bungard during exams, surgeries, dentals and radiographs, as well as assisting clients in reception.

Meet the Team

  Walter E Bungard, DVM is a graduate of Michigan State University. He is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and also holds a Bachelor Degree in Medical Technology.


  Dr. Bungard is certified by both the State Board of Examiners and the State Board of Pharmacy as well as holding membership in the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Michigan Veterinary Medical Association.






  *Marlee Kowalski works with us as general manager and lead veterinary assistant. Marlee assists Dr. Bungard in exams and surgery, does phlebotomy, lab work and radiographs, and manages the operations of the clinic.

  Marlee holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Environmental Studies from CMU and an Associates of Science and Art from NMC. Her course work includes Microbiology, Zoology, Animal Behavior, Conservation Medicine, Comparative Vertebrate Anatomy and Mammalian Physiology. 

 Marlee has been fear free certified and Marlee is also certified in wildlife handling and chemical immobilization.





   

*Luanne Bungard is the Practice Manager, does the accounting, and assists Doctor and staff wherever needed throughout the practice.
