Reception is open 8am-4pm Monday-Friday to make appointments and for miscellaneous services.
Closings are announced on our Facebook page.
To avoid a no show fee, 24 hour notice is required for cancellations of appointments (48 hours for surgical procedures).
DR. BUNGARD IS AVAILABLE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Urgent care services are accepted by appointment during regular business hours and as our schedule allows. For after-hours emergencies, the answering service will give instructions.
